2.2. One Account Rule
- Each Player is permitted to create only one account per individual, household, IP address, and electronic device. Breach of this clause may lead to account suspension or closure.
2.3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If You suspect unauthorized access or a breach of account security, You must notify us immediately. Jeetplay is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized account use.
3. Verification (KYC)
3.1. Upon opening an account and periodically thereafter, You may be subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process is mandatory for withdrawal requests and is part of our efforts to combat fraud and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
3.2. Documents required for KYC include, but are not limited to, proof of identity (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill not older than three months).
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1. Deposits
- You may deposit funds into your account using various payment methods including UPI and NetBanking. All funds deposited must be from a source in Your name. The minimum deposit amount is ₹500.
4.2. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed upon meeting all verification requirements. Standard processing times apply, subject to any further verification required. Withdrawals are subject to limits which may change, and are processed in Rupees (₹).
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1. General Rules
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms disclosed at the time of promotion acceptance. Bonuses may expire after a set period, and the maximum bet limit applicable while using bonus funds is ₹500.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1. The following activities are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure: * Using VPNs or proxies to bypass regional restrictions or fraud detection mechanisms. * Collusion with other players or third parties. * Employing software assistance for unfair advantages. * Executing fraudulent activities or chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Jeetplay reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice under circumstances involving the breach of these T&C, suspected fraudulent behavior, or due to legal obligations.
8. Responsible Gaming
Jeetplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion mechanisms to help manage gambling behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jeetplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of the website or products, including any form of indirect loss resulting from said usage.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

11. Governing Law
